Cheap SR22 Insurance in Idaho For Students
Q: I’m 19 and in school and have to file a SR22 certificate in Idaho. I’m paying for my own schooling and don’t get financial aid, so I’m finding it hard to come up with the money. Any suggestions?
A: As a 19 year old college student, you have a few more options than older people do for saving money, and if you apply those options then you can probably get your Salmon ID SR22 premium within a manageable price range.
First of all, do you do well in school? If you do, ask your Salmon ID SR22 insurance company about the good student discount. Most companies have this, and you’ll be eligible if you are under 25, enrolled full time in school, and get a B average or higher. Some companies also offer this discount only if you are married.
You can also consider enrolling in some driving classes. If you didn’t originally take a driver’s ed course to get your license, you still have that option, and can get a Salmon ID SR22 discount for it. You can do the same thing with a defensive driving course. The difference here is that your defensive driving course only counts for a discount if it isn’t required.
